Very disappointing. Despite its claim to be a five-star establishment, my experience was far from luxurious. Firstly, the prices were exorbitant for the lackluster service provided. The amenities promised were either non-existent or in dire need of maintenance, making me question the validity of their star rating. To add insult to injury, the manager's demeanor was shockingly rude and unprofessional. It's evident that the property is poorly managed and maintained, as evidenced by the overall shabbiness. As a guest, I expected at least a modicum of decent treatment, but alas, even that was sorely lacking. Save your money and your sanity – steer clear of this overpriced, underwhelming excuse for a hotel.

The worst property i have ever visited in Jaipur. Location is bad, no proper roads connecting to the venue. No maintenance, no cleanliness. Pathetic food. Geysers not functional. Check in was given at 5 pm and we were forced to check out at 11 am next day. We were charged for bonfire in winters. Rooms were dingy and dark and poor lighting. Around 15 stray dogs in the premises that partied all night outside our room. Even after complaining nobody came from the helpdesk. Very very bad. Please dont visit! This doesn't even deserve any rating!

Poorly managed property and careless staff. Our check-in was at 2 pm. Got rooms at 5 pm. Even electric kettles could not be arranged despite requests. We had poolside party at 10 pm in Anoushka villa. At 2 am we we awakened by half a dozen stray dogs barking in night. One dog was in pool. I called every number of Samskara on intercom. No response. Had a terrible night. When dogs can barge in your property, where is the safety and hygiene? Geyser was not working in morning. Called Samskara team at 10:30 am in morning. Despite various call no one came for more than a hour. Had to take bath with cold water. When confronted the manager at checkout, he was unaware of these issues and front desk officer was casual in response and shifting responsibility to maintenence officer. We checked out at 12:15 pm. And poolside and pool was still not cleaned. I pity on unsuspecting new guest who will take a dip in this pool at Anoushka villa, Samskara resort Jaipur

The attitude of people at property is of concern especially when they know they are in hospitality sector. Coming to location of the place, it is really in outskirts of city and the turn to reach resort is without any lights and worse the road is also not there. Professional photography surely make the view better however the actual way to reach the resort doesn't feel safe. The only thing they were decent were in the Restaurant where they made us feel bit valued other than that the ATTITUDE of people were below the belt. The rooms showed largely broken walls from many places and worse the ventilation fans of washroom were not working. This surely will make anyone's trip not worth it. The only thing which good was the garden area which was maintained with densely amla plantation. I will never visit them again and dont recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for three nights.The hospitality was amazing . It was a serene and beautiful place to stay. The staff members make you feel like a home. We really appreciate Mr. Mool Chand and Mahavir; they possess welcoming personalities and always ready to serve you. Breakfast and dinner was very delicious and there were lots of options veg and non veg.

I had a reservation for Samskara Resort for date 25th December 2023, but unfortunately, I was compelled to cancel my stay due to several issues that I found unacceptable. The sewage at property was not treated well. It was unclean and stinky all over. It was so unpleasant that we couldn’t stand there for long and decided to leave from the property. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately greeted by an unpleasant odor that permeated the lobby and surrounding areas. The overall cleanliness of the premises was subpar, with visible signs of neglect in various areas. This significantly impacted my confidence in the hygiene standards of your establishment. The walls of the room were wet and had a damped smell all around. Moreover, I encountered a level of rudeness from your staff that was entirely unexpected and unwarranted. I believe that the way customers are treated reflects directly on the reputation of the hotel, and unfortunately, this experience left much to be desired. Further, I expected the deluxe room I booked. Rather they offered us the Kothi room which was a very standard room in a terrible condition. On arguing about it, the staff mocked us for booking through third party i.e. agoda and told us that third party like agoda makes fool of people like us. The property has inaccurate website description on agoda which is clearly visible in the photos I have attached. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the stark disparity between the resort's advertised features on your website and the reality I encountered. The website portrayed a luxurious 5-star experience, but the actual conditions I witnessed resembled more of a 2-star property. The amenities and services fell significantly short of the promised standards, contributing further to my disappointment. It is crucial for the accurate representation of your resort online to align with the on-site experience to maintain trust with your potential guests. I trust that you will address these discrepancies and take steps to rectify the issues I've highlighted. Given the circumstances, I chose not to check in and instead sought alternative accommodation elsewhere.
